Meghan is awesome. My Dad was looking for a place on short notice and we looked at several places on the NS. Nobody took the interest Meghan did in the situation and making sure everything was set for a smooth move in.

Leslie was amazing working with my international clients who needed temporary corporate housing while placing kids in schools and searching for a home. She was responsive to my endless inquiries and had everything in place upon their arrival. The gated complex is in a great location and the office feels like entering a luxury spa!

Nice and wooded. The pool is somewhat poorly maintained. Pets do poop on walks often. The maintenance team is great. Muss Amy does a great job with the management of property. The pool and pool area are just old. No real qualified pool company support.

Brewster Commons is a fantastic gated apartment complex. I have enjoyed living here with friendly neighbors and employees. Any time I call with a problem, which is not often they fix the problem very expeditiously. The office Manager and staff are all so nice and always greet me with a smile. I am very grateful to them for making my stay here enjoyable. Thank you for all you do and keep up the great work.

Overall a decent place to live. The front office ladies are extremely pleasant and helpful. Wouldn’t recommend staying here if you work nights… or want to enjoy your balcony and open windows on nice days. They run leaf blowers practically every day of the week. Lawn maintenance company is making a killing off this contract. They mow every week… most of the time I don’t think the blades are even dropped. The noise level is excessive during weekday/daytime hours. Also… heads up… it doesn’t matter how long of a contract you sign with them… it will go up no matter what upon resigning. This being my first apartment stay… this could be normal. Just seems absurd.

Clean Apartments. Extremely professional and engaging agents. Quiet community. What I like about this Brewster commons community is that the ladies here who run the office are really cool and always very helpful. They really good with the tenants and I appreciate renting here being here because of their willingness to always be helpful.

We’ve lived here nearly 4 years, and absolutely love it! The amenities on this property are top notch. Office management and staff are wonderful to work with, maintenance requests are handled quickly and correctly. We are on the ground floor and hear very little neighbor noise from above us. I can’t imagine being this happy living anywhere else.

I have lived In these apartments for 2 years and don’t have anything bad to say:) they were nice and my maintenance requests were also filled within 24 hours. The maintenance crew have all been so sweet when they come to do repairs and I always say hello when they are walking around the grounds. The ladies in the front office are all very kind too! They the complex is kept pretty clean for the most part with the exception of the influx of trash once it’s so built up it’s falling out of the trash area but it’s fixed pretty quickly when it happens. If you are looking for apartments in Covington these are awesome:) plus you can’t beat the location!

Brewster Commons was a great experience for us, my husband and I had just moved from Out of state and did not know the area. The wonderful ladies in the clubhouse office we’re always ready to answer questions and help with recommendations. If you have a dog I highly suggest renting from Brewster Commons. This apartment complex has great sidewalks and green space for your dog. They are extremely dog friendly and very welcoming to our senior dog with daily treats and affection.

Brewster Commons was the first place I lived on the Northshore and I absolutely LOVED it! I lived at Brewster for two years and I've lived in many different apartment complexes throughout my life with this to be the best overall experience in a residence. The amenities are great and the office personnel are always extremely responsive and helpful, as well as the maintenance when issues arise. I would highly recommend Brewster Commons to anyone looking for a nice place to live on the Northshore.

Brewster Commons was a great place to stay. I never had any problems. The staff always got back to me quickly and helped me with whatever I needed, and the few maintenance jobs I asked to be done were completed soon after I requested them (the online portal made it really easy to put in a maintenance request as well). Loved my apartment and the gym and the pool- all very nice! I’ll miss living there for sure!
